What a WILD week ! Way too much RAIN and non-stop STRONG WINDS...Glad that it's finally over (keep your fingers crossed for better weather this weekend)
This Weekend Special hopes to (finally) welcome Spring on a sweet note: Apple Butter sandwiched between Golden French Toasts, topped with Whipped Cream, Warmed Cinnamon Apple Slices (Jon's special baked apples), Crushed Walnuts, Caramel Drizzle and Sugar Dust
Also, this weekend we're introducing International Delight Fat-Free French Vanilla & Sugar-Free Hazelnut Creams to add more flavor to your morning coffee

I'm sure many of you are waiting for this piece of good news, so here it is :
Sunrise Cafe will be opened 7 days a week during summer months (May to August).
We will be serving breakfast from 6 am till 1 pm from Mondays through Fridays;
and 7 am till 1 pm on Saturdays & Sundays.  We will also be opened on
Mother's Day (Sunday, May 13),
Memorial Day (Monday, May 28),
Father's Day (Sunday, June 17) and
Fourth of July (Wednesday, July 4)

4月5日 You Must Be This Tall - The Story of Rocky Point Park
We had the honor of meeting Director David Bettencourt of You Must Be This Tall - The Story of Rocky Point Park this morning.
Dave is a cool guy, very friendly, helpful and excited about his documentary - he chatted enthusiastically with some customers about the upcoming film screening and his experiences at Rocky Point while growing up. He was in for breakfast with John Caruthers, who is an avid roller coaster/amusement park fan and has been very generous by allowing us to borrow his pictures & postcards of Rocky Point Park for display at the restaurant.
For local residents who are as excited as we are about the release of the documentary, you might be interested in the following events:
