Sunrise Cafe mourns the Loss of a Dedicated Customer

Red was a dedicated patron at Sunrise Cafe. Everyday he would show up at 11 am, rain or shine, and his favorite breakfasts included pancakes and eggs, french toasts, poached eggs on wheat toasts and over-hard egg sandwiches. He was also an avid collector of State Quarters and a die-hard Red Sox fan. We will miss him every day at the restaurant.

We send our deepest condolences to his family in Rhode Island & Las Vegas.

Our Condolences to the Zabbo Family

We first met 'Uncle Augie' at Cathy's house during their traditional Italian Christmas Eve dinner.  I remember him being concerned that i had turned a bright shade of red after a few drinks; fortunately for me, it was not an allergic reaction.  I also remember him sitting at the dining table piled high with food, teasing his nieces & nephews when they walked by to snatch a treat, laughing as he watched Santa come down the stairs to give out presents and chatting with his siblings about who got what presents.  Though Christmas Eve may not be the same again at the Zabbo "headquarters", but i'm sure 'Uncle Augie' will be watching over his beloved family as always.

We send our deepest condolences to the entire Zabbo Family during this difficult time.
